A status glyph that reconstructs a real 1970s-80s CRT character-generator ROM read pattern: each glyph in a short string is built top-to-bottom from horizontal scanline slices arriving on a beam-synced sweep, so most on-screen glyphs are only ever a clean stack of fetched rows sitting above a hard-edged gap, whole for a single instant per cycle.
